The fastest way to reach the GuessRift team is by email. We read everything, from bug reports and feature ideas to partnership and advertising enquiries. Before writing, check the FAQ - the most common questions are already answered there.
Reporting a bug
The more context you give us, the faster we can fix it. If you can, include your channel name, the platform you play on (Twitch or Kick), roughly when it happened and what you expected to see. A screenshot or a short clip of the stream helps a lot - most issues we can reproduce from a timestamp alone.
Streamers & partnerships
Running GuessRift on your stream costs nothing and needs no permission - just sign in and play. If you have a larger community and want to talk about collaborations, custom events or feedback on what your viewers need, we'd love to hear from you.
Advertising
Want to advertise on GuessRift? Email us with a short description of what you'd like to promote and we'll get back to you with options and rates.
Security
Found a vulnerability? Please report it privately by email with enough detail to reproduce it. We take these reports seriously and reply to every one.
